Grievance Redressal Cell -  NPPA has recently set up a Grievance redressal cell with a senior officer of the NPPA to hear grievances from the general  public at the NPPA office on first Tuesday of every month between 11 am to 12 noon.  The complaints can also be sent  through Email/ Post .  For this purpose,  NPPA has prescribed formats for submission of complaints.You can contact the following for complaints :-
