ORDER

 

S.O. 1514(E)- In Pursuance of paragraph 7 of the Drugs (Prices Control) order, 1995, read with No. S.O. 637(E) dated the 4th September, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, in addition of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) No. S.O. 2038(E) & 2039(E) dated 13th August, 2008, published in the Gazette of India, extraordinary, part II, section – 3, sub-section (ii), hereby prescribes the norms for Conversion Cost, Packing Charges, Packing Materials and Process Loss for the purpose of the said paragraph, which shall come into force with immediate effect:
